RETURN POLICY
Unused, unopened Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping is not included in the refund price.
In the event of a defective product, please notify The Bark Academy within 10 days of receipt of the product. You may return the product for a full refund or an exchange. A return shipping label will be provided.
No refunds are given on courses or classes. Any unused amount paid will be credited toward future sessions.
